The second level sits at the water surface and contains a bathroom, a small lounge area, and a landing deck. The primary limitation of the Underwater Room involves weather and water conditions. High seas in the Pemba Channel can make boat access dangerous or impossible, delaying or preventing arrival. Extended rough conditions might necessitate evacuation to the main resort.
